Kitchen update
The kitchen on the ground floor is taking shape. The red floor tiles have been laid, the overhead piping and ducting is in place, and the fume hoods are now installed. It won’t be long and we’ll be enjoying some great meals at the cafeteria.

Ceiling and Floor Tiles
The offices on the ground floor are being painted, ceiling grids, ceiling tiles and light fixtures are being installed. The bathrooms in the basement have been tiled.
Exterior being finished
This week the crews have scafolding up on the east wall and are putting up the EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finishing System). Soon the building will look fairly complete on the exterior.
Metal Studs
Its hard to imagine that just a few weeks ago the ground and first floor were wide open spaces. Now everywhere you look on the first floor, metal studs are in place and will soon close in the patient rooms, offices and classroooms. 
Duct Work, Wiring and Fireproofing
Much of the duct work that will eventually be covered up by ceiling tiles is now wrapped with insulation, penetrations thru walls has been caulked with red fireproofing material and wiring above the ceilings is near completion.
